1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Sasaktoto ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible atsasaktoto.cam. These Terms govern your access to, and use of, all services, games, promotions, features, and content available on the sasaktoto platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing any portion of the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sasaktoto platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a sasaktoto account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Sasaktoto strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You are a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registration by automated systems, bots, or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from the sasaktoto platform, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account suspension or termination.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of Sasaktoto, or a close family member or associate of such a person, unless prior written approval has been obtained from the Company.
• You acknowledge and accept that online gambling may not be legal in all jurisdictions, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation from your location.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may only holdone (1) active sasaktoto account at any given time. The discovery of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or other indicators — will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances and bonus funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address in Malaysia, and a valid email address and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Sasaktoto will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Sasaktoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and are displayed on the relevant cashier page.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Sasaktoto reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC identity verification process prior to first payout. Subsequent withdrawals from accounts with verified identity are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallet destinations and within 5 to 30 minutes for bank transfers during standard business hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods or in cases where additional compliance review is required.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts or payment methods registered in the same name as the sasaktoto account holder.
• Any active bonus balance with incomplete wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal of the real money balance can be processed.
• Sasaktoto reserves the right to apply a security review for any withdrawal exceding MYR 50,000 within a rolling 7-day period.
• Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the User.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Sasaktoto periodically offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referal incentives, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotional page, which shall supplement and take precedence over these general terms in the event of a conflict.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all sasaktoto promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiplier is clearly stated on each promotional page.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per wager is typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Uncleared wagering requirements upon expiry will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum withdrawable amount derived from bonus play. This is typically expressed as a multiple of the original bonus amount.
• One Account, One Bonus: Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per shared device. Circumventing this rule through multi-accounting or VPN usage will result in account suspension.
• Sasaktoto reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that this does not materially prejudice the rights of players who have already validly claimed the promotion.

7 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All slot games and RNG-powered table games on the sasaktoto platform operate using certified Random Number Generator technology, independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates reflect long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual gaming session.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, MA, and other live events — sasaktoto's odds are determined by our trading team and reflect the Company's assessment of event probability. Sasaktoto reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or amend odds in cases of: demonstrably eroneous pricing; late or breaking news materially affecting an event; match abandonment or postponement; or verified integrity concerns relating to a specific event.

Any bet placed in error by the Company at manifestly incorrect odds (including but not limited to "palpable errors") may be voided by sasaktoto at its sole discretion, and the staked amount will be returned to the User's real money balance.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sasaktoto platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referal to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one sasaktoto account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or deliberate match fixing in sports markets.
• Exploitation of software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to advantage play strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic access restrictions or promotional eligibility rules.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at sasaktoto staff or other platform users.

9 Responsible Gambling

Sasaktoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users of the platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to all registered users seriously. The following responsible gambling provisions apply to all sasaktoto account holders:

• Minimum Age: Sasaktoto enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. All accounts are subject to age verification and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed.

• Account Closure: Any user who identifies a gambling problem may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the sasaktoto platform, including but not limited to software code, database architecture, graphical assets, logos, trademarks, trade names, game mechanics, promotional materials, written content, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sasaktoto or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproduction or distribution of any platform content; reverse engineering or decompilation of any software; creation of derivative works; or commercial exploitation of any aspect of the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sasaktoto's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net real money deposits made by that User in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Sasaktoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, service interruption, or technical failures.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sasaktoto makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform or any game contained therein.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

Sasaktoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Clause 8.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months, in which case dormancy fees may apply as disclosed in the fee schedule.

Upon termination for breach, Sasaktoto may withold or forfeit any remaining balances (including real money balances) pending resolution of any outstanding financial disputes, compliance obligations, or law enforcement requests. In cases of non-breach termination, real money balances will be returned to the User via their last-used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Sasaktoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the sasaktoto platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sasaktoto is incorporated. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between a User and Sasaktoto that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator prior to initiating any court proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect any non-excludable statutory rights that may apply to you under the laws of Malaysia.
